Now that we are allowed to travel again; the beach can provide us a whole range of new craft activities. To link in with this weeks post pack, we are making a cocktail birthday card with sea glass.

You Will Need:

  • Card and envelope

  • Fine liner

  • Ruler

Step by step guide:

Draw a line with your pencil and ruler on the card.

Work out which piece of sea glass looks like the colour of wine, beer or a mocktail.

Lay out each piece of sea glass and draw the appropriate glass around them. You can use sandpaper to make your sea glass smaller.

Once you are happy with your pencil drawing, go over it with the fine liner. Once dry you can rub out the pencil lines.

Write out your birthday message (again with the pencil first).

Now glue your sea glass into the glasses. That’s it ready to be sent off!
