Activity 47: Happy Photography Challenge
The next activity is a very simple yet instant happiness activity. All you need is your camera on your phone.
1. Stay indoors and take photos of colours, shapes or even items that make you feel happy.
2. Now go outside and take photos of things you notice - that grab your attention and make you smile. I bet you can think of a lot!
The more your practice being aware of what makes you feel instantly happy, the more you can use this as a tool when you need it.
Everything is a pattern, a habit - be in control of it.
