From Monday 29th June the Creative Steps programme is offering a new Crafting Pack Collection service from Gallery 966 in Govan.

Thanks to the Govan Emergency Response Fund, we are providing this new service over the next ten weeks for both our participants and the wider community.

Our crafting packs are aimed at adults living within the local area who would like something creative and engaging to keep them busy, teach new skills and improve wellbeing.

Packs will contain the materials for creative projects, with accompanying tutorial sheets. These have been put together by our Lead Artist and Tutor, Vanessa.

Look out for activities such as decorating frames, card making, sewing, felting, sculpture, painting and even some gardening.

Each week we will have a new pack available, so keep coming back for something different.

Our pack collection service will be available on the following days:

· Creative Steps Participants: Monday and Wednesday: 11am – 1pm

· Local Residents: Tuesday: 11am – 1pm

These packs will be distributed safely, in line with official guidance, from our base at Gallery 966. Please maintain social distancing when attending and do not attend if you have any virus symptoms.

If you are a health professional or third sector partner, please get in contact if you would like further information.

We always enjoy seeing what people have made with their materials, so please send us a photo of your creation if you take part.

We hope to see many of you stopping by.
