Reading for Wellbeing: #GlasgowLifeGoesOn

Like arts and crafts, reading is a creative way to keep busy, have fun and improve wellbeing.

We are fortunate to have an incredible library service, provided by Glasgow Life.

Glasgow Libraries have a huge range of digital books, magazines, music and resources that are available to you. These can be accessed from home and are completely free.

If you don't have a library card, you can join online.

I am very biased because reading is one of my favourite things, but I think you should all give it a try. Find a novel to get stuck into, listen to an audiobook, or have a read of a magazine - they have a huge selection from GoodFood and CrossSticher to Cosmopolitan and Hello!

Have a look here.
