Sing, Breathe and Have Fun: New Online Class
If you are looking for a fun and engaging group where you can learn helpful skills, try our new block of Singing for Breathing for Wellbeing classes.
We use a range of breathing exercises and songs to practice positive breathing techniques and develop better control of our breathing.
These groups are great for individuals with lung conditions such as COPD and asthma, as well as individuals with mental health conditions which may affect breathing such as panic, stress and anxiety. However, the class is open to anyone who wants to give it a try. We could all do with learning positive breathing techniques and having a laugh!
They are truly a great way to connect with others and have fun.
You are put on mute during the group - so no one will hear you sing except yourself.
This block of sessions is suitable for complete beginners and those who have attended our previous classes.
