In Person Classes
We are currently running a small number of groups at Gallery 966. At the moment, these are limited to 4 participants and last for 1 hour.
Over the next few months we will be adding more groups and more spaces.
Please get in touch if you want to join the waiting list.
Wednesday Drop In
Visit Gallery 966 between 10:00 and 12:00 on a Wednesday morning to collect materials for online classes and a range of general crafting packs.
We also have crafting items available to borrow as part of our lending library, including weaving looms, felting needles and more.
Safety guidance applies to drop in visits. Come and say hi!
Throughout June and July we have two online crafting groups running (Monday and Thursday, 11:00 - 12:00). We will do something different in each class and you are welcome to sign up to one or both of them. Materials for these classes can be collected at our drop in.
We also have hand sewing classes running on a Friday with our tutor Morag.
Get inspiration for creative projects to do at home with our online tutorials, accessible on this blog.
Every week we will add two new tutorials based on packs that can be collected or items that you may have around the house.
You can see all previous tutorials on the Creative Activities page.
Collect one of our crafting packs to do in your own time. Each pack contains the materials needed and a little tutorial for getting started. You can collect these at our drop in (see below).
We have a range of activities to suit different interests.
If you are a health professional and wish to request a bundle of packs for your location, please get in touch.
We will run various events and activities over the coming months to give you extra creative opportunities.
Previous examples include our joint craft project for the Elder Park Craft Attack, our creative activities for Mental Health Awareness Week and our craft call out for our new window display.
Activities will be advertised on the blog and schedule pages.
